Just wanted to throw out there for you that if you go to the account tab then scroll down to privacy settings and click on it then click on costumize.  Once it brings up the screen it will show you who sees what.  If you click on the tab that shows you who is seeing what there is a customize tab clickit then it will let you choose to only have you view which ever tab you're in.  Hope that makes sense,lol.

    Thanks I just did this and it looks like you can't see the groups I am in. So hopefully, it's accurate.

    Not sure if this is what you mean by it looks like you can't see the groups but it'll give you the option to "view your profile" to see it how others see it if they were to be browsing the merchandise.

    Now that I am in the group, I noticed it only have about 45 members and the last discussion was posted a year ago. LMAO.

    Lol, alrighty!  It took me forever to figure out all of the settings crap and that whole view your profile...yeah, just figured that one out.  Would've been nice to konw about that while trying to figure out who see's what.  Glad it's all good for you now, social media can be totally awesome but also totally intrusive sometimes too.
