How do you label your bottles for daycare?

Figured I'd end up just doing that! After thinking of a creative idea and failing this is probably what I'm left with!

avery labels. the small return address labels with a piece of glossy scotch tape over it. 2.5yrs later they are still going strong though I now need to change them to DD's name.

Tape never washed off? or lost it's sticky? how do you wash your bottles?

Every night with DS #1 I used tape to put his name on the bottle and then another piece of tape for the date which got extremely tiring. For DS #2, I ordered name stickers and date stickers from inchbug.com. They're really cute!

At first I used to hand wash, but they go in the dishwasher now. As long as the tape goes on totally flat with no bubbles the stuff does not come off.
