Rice Cereal / BM or Formula Ratio

I usually just mix it to the right consistency but I think I actually need to measure it out for daycare.  LO has been cereal for a few weeks so I make it a little thicker.

    I used to do 3tbsp cereal to 1oz BM/ formula. I also used to mix in a puree as well.
