So this morning I got into my pre pregnancy jeans and they were big on me! *yes yes flame away
* and I couldn't figure out what I had done differently to lose the extra inches until I realized maybe it had something to do with the fenugreek I just started taking again. So I googled it and lo and behold, it can help with weightloss! Here are some other benefits of it that I found as well
For skin infections

I'm on both and seem to not have super weight loss, or gain so I think they cancel each other out on this topic haha.
I've noticed this as well. Be really careful not to take too much or you'll be REALLY miserable!! I learned that the hard way lol! But supposedly it also helps you lose weight because it helps to cut your fat cells up somehow too. I couldn't find the article but I'll look for it harder later
