I'm not using both of those things but from lurking, I've seen that most are pretty close to being accurate (within a day or so). I'd trust the temps though over the CBEFM since that's only predicting when you O, whereas ff is confirming when you O. Just remember you can surge anywhere from 12-36 hours after you get a +OPK (similar science as CBEFM) so that's a 3 day variance. Good luck!
Thanks for the feedback. This is my 1st month doing both and FF is telling me I O'd on the 24th but the CBEFM gave me a peak on th 25th and 26th.......We made sure to have sex all those days just to cover it so now I sit in the 2WW.........and wait

I have been temping for nearly 5 cycles and using the CBEFM for 2. So far they are in exact agreement over my O date. It's kind of awesome.
