Yikes! Closing on our house in 24 days

We accepted an offer on our house last night. We officially close December 1. I'm feeling a bit stressed but glad it'll be done before Christmas so I can decorate the new house before Christmas and it'll be done long before the baby gets here in March! It'll be well worth it when it's over!

I just can't believe it's all happening so fast! It's been listed since April. And we listed with a new Agent/agency September 16th. It's been shown once...a month ago and they are our buyers!

 Just had to share my excitement!

    Once we had the offer on ours everything went fast.  I think we closed in three weeks.  It was insane.

    That is really cool, and very encouraging to hear. We pull our house off the market and relist with someone else in the spring, so maybe something will happen then. We'll see!

    That's so cool that you'll be able to enjoy the holidays in your new house. Congratulations!
