I think Emme has imaginary friends

This morning Emme was up really early and talking in her crib. She has nothing in her crib except blankets (unless she throws them out). This morning I heard before my shower:

"Stay....stay....good dog!"

We don't own a dog.

Then after my shower I heard:

"No!! You're Jesse! I'm Emme! No!!! I'm Emme!!! You're Jesse!! I'm not Jesse!!"

She doesn't have a friend at school named Jesse and I don't know anyone named Jesse or friends with kids named Jesse.

I don't think there's a need, Katie talks to herself when she pretend plays all the time. It's a normal developmental step.
