I voted yes because they were planned, but we were shocked it happened so fast! I thought it would take a few months of trying.... nope! ( We feel very very blessed)

I was shocked, because I had trouble trying to conceive DD1 and needed medical intervention, all it took was one time. We weren't actively thinking about it yet.

This exactly, except you'd still be picking me up off the floor if I had twins. I went of BC in May and was knocked up that month.
DS was not actively trying but just seeing what happened...
Dd we had been actively trying and getting no where between my effed cycle and dhs work schedule, so we stopped actively trying and 2 months later we were pregnant again. we will see what happens when we go ffor number 3
We had been trying for almost a year so yeah she was planned. However, when I found out, we were separated. I guess somewhere out there someone or something was making sure we gave "us" another go. Thankfully
I voted SS. We were going to an RE to figure out why I kept m/cing and we had decided until we ran all the tests, etc that we wouldn't try to get KU again. There was only one night that we let our guard down and I'm pretty sure that was "the night". We were really surprised when we got a BFP a couple weeks later...and more excited when she was our sticky baby!!
We were planning on a 16-18 month gap between kids. I didnt want to get on BCP since we were planning to conceive close, so I wasnt on anything hormonal. When DS was 4 months old, I decided we could just use pull and pray as our birth control method during the times in my cycle I thought I wasn't O. We did it that way one time (on CD 30 so I thought AF was going to start any second) and 2 weeks later I got a BFP with DD.
I'm another one of the "not trying/not preventing." We had just gotten married May 1 of last year and decided not to use BC. I was pregnant two weeks later!

Ours was similar to this. Except we weren't trying. Everything happens for a reason and now we are together and making "us" work as a family.

I'd had a miscarriage four years before I got pg with DS and I hadn't wanted to be pregnant again for a LONG time. When we had the actual "let's try and get pg again" conversation, I was already pregnant! The plan had been for us to start ttc in september of this year....

I ended up putting yes because on the night we decided to try, Cooper was conceived! We were shocked!
Doctor said that between thyroid disease and endometriosis and whatever else, I had like a %5 of ever having a child.
Therefore, we didn't prevent it. I wanted a baby so bad though. I got pregnant 5 months after we got married...
I'm in the not trying/not preventing camp.
