Infertility and FMLA?

Does anyone know about or have experience with requesting FMLA from their employer for on-going fertility treatments? Thanks for any guidance you can pass along!

    I did not have to use FMLA, I was able to arrange coverage (I'm a nurse) and was very open with my boss about what was going on. We were extremely lucky to only require one treatment cycle, but if it had been longer, I was going to do FMLA next. It has to be allowed because it's medically necessary treatments right?     Like PP said, it's covered because you will be under medical supervision by a physician.
