Could this *just* be teething

DS had a low grade fever on Saturday and Sunday, but doesn't seem to have one now.  He has been super fussy and not sleeping well.  Cling on all day otherwise, wants to be held all the time or cries.  He will not open his mouth for me to look and fights tooth and nail when I try to give him Tylenol.  He points to his mouth and cries.

Is it possible that this is just teething?  DD never cried about teeth.  Is there anything I can do for the poor little guy?  He won't chew on any of the teething things I have or take a Popsicle.

    Awe maybe. Have you been able to brush them? Sounds like teething to me. But id also be worried if i was something else.. the fever does say teething tho. Try to take a look just to make sure and keep trying tylonol. :( I hope they pop through soon!

    we use oragel...I know some people don't like using it, but for the "bad" ones - molars and eye teeth - it has been our saving grace...
