I am so utterly worn out. Nothing is working to get this child to sleep. I'm exhausted and going on the 3rd hour of his crying.... I have had him out twice and this fvcking reflux keeps waking him. I'm trying so hard to be patient, but this past week has been hell with less sleep than usual (which was already terrible).
I'm losing my patience. I'm exhausted and I can only imagine how he feels. I'm just not sure what to do to keep it together. Please pray for us. I feel like I'm staring at the end of my rope sometimes.
Sorry to sound pathetic. I feel better for have gotten it out.

Re: Please, child sleep
Im sorry. I have been there too. My 4 month old has bad reflux. I get utterly exhausted and the crying all the time is tough. This too shall pass....
I hope he relaxes soon. It is really difficult when they get themselves going....nothing helps.
I just said a prayer for you, and Im hoping that he finally falls into a deep, long sleep.. so that you can sleep, recharge, and feel 100x's better tomorrow morning.
Deep breathes, Mama. Remember that this is all worth it, and that it wont be like this forever.
Sorry!....I've been there. When E would have a bad reflux night, I would sleep with him sort of propped up on my chest - basically his butt was on my belly and his head on my chest. Then I would rub little circles on his tummy. He wasn't mobile then so I didn't have to worry about him falling off.
Good Luck! Is there someone that can watch your LO so you can get some rest??
We just tried another warm bath, and at least we're both calm.
DH helps but unfortunate I'm DS's paci, so I can't really rest. We used to sleep in the tecliner on bad nights but I wake him... He's a fitful sleeper.
The answer is time and patience. Plus sleep training once he's better.
I tell you one thing - I'm terrified of how teething will go! Lol
