Checking a car seat...

So I bought a car seat bag and we are checking it when we fly on friday...someone mentioned putting other things in the bag as well...they won't question that will they? I just don't want to load it up with things and get to the airport and have to repack the stuff elsewhere. Right now I have her travel high chair and beach tent in it...not exactly things that will fit somewhere else.

    We almost always have to take the seat out of the bag to get it to fit through security.  However, security really doesn't check to see how much stuff you are bringing through.  If you check it at ticketing it shouldn't be a problem at all.

    We put stuff (clothes, diapers, etc.)in our car seat bags everytime we fly and have never had a problem. It's a definite perk of checking the seat. Have a good flight!
