So THESE are phantom symptoms?

I've read about them.  You've posted about them.  But I have never had them.  Even this morning in the 2WW post, I said I was having no phantom symptoms, even though I'm possibly 12 DPO (no charting to confirm, just two positive OPKS). 

Then, about an hour ago, I start getting total PMS cramps and a splitting headache.  This sucks.  I totally was thinking, "Sh!t, AF is coming," and then my pg friend was like, "that's exactly how I felt right before I got MY BFN!"  So now I'm like, "Cool, I might be pregnant too!"  And then I realized what all you ladies have been talking about with phantom symptoms.  Fail Peanut.  Fail.  Sorry to vent.  Just wanted to welcome myself to the club ;)

    Yes phantom symptoms are the Worst! I had so many last cycle it was ridiculous. This cycle I am prepared to ignore as much as I can just so I will not be as disappointed if it doesn't work out. Good luck to you I hope this cycle ends in your BFP :)

    I am right there with you girl! I just keep telling myself that they are AF symptoms so I won't be too disappointed when AF shows. Here's hoping for a BFP for you!!! (and me too :))

    Thats the hard thing about phantom symptoms. AF symptoms are so similar to pregnancy symptoms!!
