I have CD 101, but can't find the link for 102 (and look at all those old siggy pix, so cute!). Check diaperswappers.com too for lots of great info.

we use mostly prefolds which i ordered from cottonbabies.com i really like them and got the unbleached indian prefolds.

we use thirsties covers and i got those from amazon.

we've actually stopped using PUL covers unless we're going to be out for a while and i've made several pairs of shorts/pants/soakers out of wool sweaters that work excellent. and are MUCH cheaper than buying a knitted cover - though they're not as cute.

i've also started sewing some fitted diapers out of flannel and use the darling diaper pattern for that.

we're going to use prefolds for #2 as well, but the covers and things i've bought mostly used this time (we never had a newborn stash w/ds). i got several off ebay and from other bumpies via the CD board and EFF. oh and hyena cart (it's similar to ebay but is mostly 'buy it now' vs auctions.

newborn stuff is pretty easy to find in good/excellent used condition. bigger sizes can get a little trickier lol.
