For some reason today I am definately tasting the Fish Oil in my prenatal vitamins every time I burp. Its really disgusting. Ew. Is it just me? Does anyone else have this issue?
I don't take fish oils but I'm in the Wellness industry- did you take your multi with food today? I know if you don't it can cause issues.
It could simply be a pregnancy, digestive issue. Yuck- sorry!
I took it with my lunch as usual, but Ive never had this problem before. Maybe its indigestion thats causing the burping? Whatever reason its happening.. it is not fun! Thank ladies.
Yup! I get this sometimes in the morning. I take them overnight, but in the morning, I sometimes can still taste the fish oils. It's really disgusting. When I eat breakfast, it usually helps get rid of the taste.

Not that this has to do with the fish oils, but it may help: My doctor did tell me to try to avoid milk products for a few hours before/after and to try to drink/eat something with acid because it helps break down the iron. The milk products make it harder to break down the iron.

I have before, if you drink juice, the juice taste might mask the fishy taste...lesser of two evils?

I don't take fish oil for that very reason - it is disgusting! But I do take a DHA supplement - no fishy odors!
