Hi Ladies!
I hope everyone is doing well.QOTD: I know we all get random cravings here and there and can sometimes fight them, but what is one craving you absolutely have to have, and will actually leave your home to get if need be (or send DH out to get)?Also-- how are you feeling? SHOUT OUT:A special shout to Alovelylady on the birth of her baby girl! I saw your post on the 3rd trimester board, and wanted to let everyone know. She had her right on her due date!

The one craving I absolutely cannot fight off (and yes, I sometimes send DH out to get), is a Mint & Cookies milkshake from Steak n Shake. The restaurant is so conveniently located only a 1/2 mile up the road, so that makes it even more irresistible!
How am I feeling?
Crampy, still getting daily contractions and pretty uncomfortable.
QOTD: I've never sent my husband out to get anything, unless he was already going to the store. I usually get a craving and then if we don't have it at home, get it the next time we are out. I was craving an Auntie Anne's pretzel on Saturday and we stopped at the mall, but I only had to return something to JCPenney. Luckily I still had 1 in the freezer at home from one of those fundraiser things. I've been out of my potato chips and french onion dip for a week now and I'm really starting to crave it again!
How am I feeling? I was really crampy this morning, but it passed. We finally got the baby's room done this weekend and installed the carseat bases. I feel like I'm ready to have another baby at home, but just not ready for labor and delivery yet. I have my MFM appointment tomorrow and we will be taking a tour of the hospital we will be delivering at.

A little late on the annoucement but just wanted to say our little GIRL arrived! Right to the end I really thought it was going to be a boy but what do I know, right??
Ella Florence arrived via scheduled c-section on the 15th and weighed in at 7lbs, 4oz and a TON of hair! Big brother is doing great and immediately told his aunts that were taking care of him that he wanted to go buy his baby sister a truck. The most precious thing was hearing him come down the hall in the hospital calling for me and asking "where is my baby sister?"
Ups and downs with 2 and we're tired but the anxiety of anticipation was actually worse!

I havent been craving anything until this past week...and it is BAD!! I HAVE to have chocolate all. the. time! I made brownies the other day...gone, DH bought a BIG bag of peanut m&ms 2 days ago (they are gone...but I have to say I had "help" with those), and I am now working on plain m&ms and am thinking about making chocolate chip cookies. Seriously...it is bad!
I am feeling great. Not sure if that is good or bad. I have only about a week to go until my EDD and I am still comfortable walking and doing pretty much everything. DS was induced at 42wks so I am hoping that this LO decides to come...unaided! I have talked to my OB about not wanting to be induced again...I had a HORRIBLE experience. I am seeing my acupuncturist weekly now (tomorrow) and he said he would try to get things going at 40 wks if LO hasn't come.
I'd like to be added to the list, please. My due date is Oct 7, 2011 and am team green.
Cravings: I would really love some mint chocolate chip ice cream from Baskin Robins, but we don't have one where I live, so a craving I can never fulfill (the mint chocolate chips at the grocery store are not the same).
Feeling: very tired, but my 2 year old decided to start waking up at 6:30 instead of 8:30, so I really miss getting those 2 extra hours of sleep each day. Some days he's kind and won't wake until 7, but I really miss sleeping in.

Hello, I haven't posted in awhile...seems I have been extremely busy, and it is finally nice outside
QOTD: I am craving Gold Peak Unsweetened Tea.....don't ask me why. Regular Ice Tea just doesn't do it. I have driven to the gas station just to get it, oh well, guess I'm hooked! lol
I have been feeling pretty well lately, still kinda tired and have been getting a few headaches lately, but overall pretty good. I am starting to hate the fact that I am getting bigger....I have gained about 20 lbs so far, and shaving in the shower is becoming a task, or bending over, or getting up off the floor...lol!!
Sorry I have been MIA. I just didn't have the energy to get on my computer in the final month or so with finishing up long hours at work. But I am happy to announce I had my beautiful baby boy!
Carter James was born June 20th at 11:39am weighing 7lbs 2oz, 20 inches.
I was again induced because of my blood clotting disorder but this time it went awesome!! I will update my siggy picture soon
