What's the best stroller for Columbus weather?

I'm going to be a new mom and have no idea what stroller is best for Columbus weather (snow, rain, sun). We're looking at the Bob strollers but I don't know which one is best.  Any recommendations?

    The BOB is a great stroller especially for jogging. We have an Uppa Baby Vista and absolutely love it.
