:::knock on wood::: it seems we are over the hump with the sippy cup transition! After a week of drama, seemingly overnight we went from screaming and flighting me when she saw the milk sippy to just laying there and opening her mouth when I brought it to her. What?! It was like a switch. And she went from 6oz of milk per day to 10-12, which I am more than happy with. Whoo hoo!!!! The finicky unpredictable eating continues, but I am slowly learning to let that roll off my back. She has shown me she won't starve herself.

thank you to everyone who offered advice and/or told me what we were going through was normal! Huge huge help!
Brought to you by IVF, ICSI, limited fert, and oocyte cryopreservation.
Because we're fancy like that.

Re: I am happy to report all of you were right. :)
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
Thank you for posting this. It gives me some hope for Will, who hates milk.
I'm hoping the peer pressure of daycare today (all of the other kids drink milk in sippies) will help! How bad is that? I am actually hoping that my child succumbs to peer pressure!
I'm with Kim - too chicken. I offer sippies every day but if they really protest I give in and do bottles. ugh.
glad you made it through the battle!
