Expectant first time mommies?

Hey Cincinnati Moms...

I am starting in my 13th week with our first baby. We are super excited! Our second appointment is tomorrow and we're hoping to see the baby and even hear the heartbeat.

My hubs is incredibly supportive, as is my wonderful best friend, but I am still feeling a little alone in that I don't have any other friends expecting a baby. I have a couple of good friends around that have babies already, but I am at a complete loss as to how to meet other awesome moms-to-be.

Any winter 2011/2012 moms here in Cincinnati??? I'd love to chat!

    Hi! Welcome! Congrats on your pregnancy!

     I'm melissa, I have two boys, Jack is 4 and Sawyer is 21 months. This is the greatest board. Lots of us have been around for a LONG time and have been come great friends outside of here. =)

    Welcome!  I am due with my first in Aug. You should also ck out your due month board they are very helpful and going though the same things at the same time.

    Welcome!  My son turns 3 at the end of August, and Melissa's right...  lots of ladies on this board, and I know there are several expecting #1 or #2 (or in some instances #3)

    Hello and welcome. I'm April and we are expecting a little boy 11-11-11. I find this board very helpful and supportive, I hope you have the same experience.
    6/28/10: Lost our sweet baby Addyston at 18wk 1day to pPROM 7/24/11: Michael William born at 24wk 2d due to IC after an emergent cerclage at 18wks, 4wk home BR and 2 weeks hospital BR. Grow strong our little Miracle! 9/17/11: Michael joined his sister in heaven after 8 amazing weeks with us on earth. He fought a very hard fight but NEC was too much for him in the end.     Hi and welcome!  I'm due with #2 on December 25, 2011 :)  I find myself looking at a lot of first time mom questions because my son is about to turn 5 and so much baby stuff has changed since he was a baby.  I need to re-learn!  Congratulations!

    Thanks everyone! At our appointment on Tuesday we saw the baby again and this time it actually looked like a baby!!! We have to wait until August 9 to find out if baby is a girl or boy. I can't wait! The doctor said the heartbeat was strong and the spine was developing well. *sigh of relief*
