Rec your drycleaner

Sooo I haven't really gotten anything dry cleaned in a loooooooong time (hello working from home!)

I was in a wedding this last weekend and need to get my bridesmaid dress and the dress I wore to the rehersal dinner dry cleaned. I am not looking forward to paying out the hiney for it - any recs on good but cheap places - or are they all about the same? I live Southwest if that matters - but I know a lot of them are chains.

  • i live southwest as well and drop mine off at Class Act Cleaners on Brodie. they have specials certain days of the week (usually T and TH), and they've gotten stains out of dresses that have been sealed in a clothing bag for months.

that reminds me that i need to get a comforter cleaned and some sweaters so i can store them away. thanks! :)

  • I just use Jack Brown Cleaners.  Their website usually has coupons you can print off.  I like them because they give me a bag with my name on it and I have an account set up so I just drop the bag off and they charge my card.  Much faster.  I'm sure other places do that as well.  But if you dry clean a lot, it is great.
