IVF #3, Take 3 Update **UPDATED**

So, AF still has not shown.  I had blood drawn this morning to recheck my E2 level.  But, I suspect it is still high.  I will hear the fate of this IVF cycle this afternoon. 

I really don't know how much more of this I can take!  If they cancel again, most of my gonal-f will expire (it expires in July).  I'm not sure what we will do.  This cycle was originally supposed to happen in April and now it is almost July!

I will report back after I hear from my coordinator.  I am so down in the dumps today. 

UPDATE:  I just heard from the nurse.  My estradiol is continuing to rise.  So, the cyst must have continued to refill and is producing estrogen.  Fun! 

My RE is out of town.  So, I'm calling one of the other REs with whom he often works to see about getting it aspirated either today or tomorrow morning.  If the aspiration goes well and my period starts, then stims should only be delayed a few days.  I really hope things work this time around! 

Any thoughts, prayers or positive vibes are greatly appreciated!!

~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

Me= 37 and DH = 41 

Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

FET#1:  BFN

    i wouldn't worry about the gonal f expiring, i've been told you can use 6 months past expiration date.

    I really hope e2 is cooperating and you can get started already!

    It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

    I am sorry that you have to deal with the in limbo feeling.  I really hope your blood work comes back okay so you can get the party started and headed towards that BFP! 
    TTC since 3/07. IVF#1 = canceled. IVF#2 = 0% fertilization. IVF#3 = BFN. IVF#4 = c/p.  
    Moving forward with Adoption 2017!

    Thanks, hon!  I didn't know that about the gonal-f.  That is great news!  Hopefully, I will get to do this cycle in the next 6 months then!  I actually hope they just let me wait for AF or try doing some PIO or something and see if that brings on AF.  I don't know what else to do.  I already took 12 days of Provera.

    T&P heading your way.  I hope you can get that cyst gone asap so you can start IVF #3.  I'm hoping the 3rd time is the charm for you.
    TTC #1 since October 2008. Dealing with MFI.
