HOLY CRAP LESS THAN 100 DAYS LEFT!!!!!

Excuse me while I hyperventilate a little.  Where the hell is this pregnancy going? I have to sell my house and move and buy a bunch of boy crap because all our stuff is pink, baby needs a carseat because I am an idiot, I need to shop for a double stroller, holy mother of pearl!!

*Places head between knees or as close to knees as possible* It's going to be okay...It's going to be okay...it's going to be okay....

  • I'm right there with ya...  97 days and counting.  Pretty soon I'll only have as many days left as the Duggar's have children. LOL

  • Do you really have to buy a new car seat because you stored it where it was cold?

I live in Minnesota and we don't bring our car seats inside when it gets cold.   My car seats have sat out way below zero  many nights.  I've just heard that plastic on them will be structurally safe for 6 years, then you need to replace.

It's something to do with the Graco infant seats.  My convertible seat for DD stays in the car overnight and it's fine.  I called Transport Canada and they told me that the base would be safe below zero but the seat itself is no longer structurally sound.

  • This really started to hit us this weekend. We have so much left to do. Started cleaning out what will be the baby's nursery this weekend and hoping to finish that this week.

We still need to physically go to a store and check out car seats/strollers, the crib mattress, and a glider.

    Trying not to feel overwhelmed!

Just Graco? Because I thought that Graco was made by the same people that make a bunch of different brands like Evenflo and a few other brands?

I don't know if it's just Graco.  It was just what the lady said when I called.  She said there would be micro fractures all over the plastic making it structurally unsound.

  • I am excited about it! However, I am also a little stressed thinking about all of the stuff we still need to get for this LO.
  • I know what you mean.  There's SO much to do!  Not only is time getting short, but it's getting harder for me to do the physical things that need to be done.  I shouldn't even be sitting her on the computer.  Too much to do!!!
