I had a mishap with my BBT this weekend while I was away at the beach.  I feel lost without it already! I use the one from Amazon and love it so I ordered a new one...but it won't be here until Thursday at the earliest and at the latest next Wednesday! I was thinking of running to a drugstore and picking up another one to hold me over and this way I have a back-up.  Can anyone recommend a good one?

Also, is it okay to switch thermometers mid-cycle?
