Anyone have the american girl bitty baby or twins?

If so which one does your 3 yr old have? Do they love it?  I'm torn i like the look of the bitty twins a little better but they are double the price and don't really feel that DD needs 2 dolls. thanks

    DD has had an American Girl bitty baby for awhile.  Honestly she loves her cheap Target baby dolls more!  The American girl one is actually what she calls "Daddy's baby".  Anytime I try to dress it she is like "no that is daddy's baby!".  The dolls and their clothes are super cute though so I will definitely buy more as she gets older.  I wish the bitty baby had hair like the twin dolls.  I am tempted to get her a set of twins for Christmas.

    We went and Olivia picked out her itty bitty twin. She likes her and plays with her a lot Olivia doesn't really have favorites of anything but she does play with the doll

    My daughter received a Bitty Baby for my baby shower (my aunt really thought she needed this), so she has had one since birth.  I think I got it out when she was around a year old.  It is by far her favorite baby doll and out of the 10+ she has, the one she plays with all the time.

    DD got a bitty baby when she was around 1, and it is far and away her favorite doll.  It was also her first, so I don't know if that's why it's her favorite of if it's because of the size/shape and fun accessories.  We considered the twins (I agree they are cuter), but DD doesn't mind the lack of hair and I couldn't justify the cost.  Plus, we're really trying to not to go too overboard with toys, so I didn't want the extra doll.

    DD loooooves her bitty baby and feeds her bottles, "nurses" her, changes her diaper, puts her down for a nap, etc. She received the Twins as gifts and doesn't pay nearly as much attention to them. The Bitty Baby is the one she sleeps with every night in her bed and who goes on vacation with us everywhere. She even accompanies DD to school some days.
