Appliance removal?

Can anyone recommend a junk removal or appliance removal type service?  We have a washer that I can't seem to sell or give away.  I'm sick of looking at it sitting in my hallway.

    In Dekalb County we have a special trash pick up for over size items. You have to call and schedule a pick up, depending on what it is and size, there can be a charge.

    American Kidney Foundation will pick up items for no charge.

    1-800- Got Junk.

     

    We paid for them to remove our fridge in FL.  They were there within 24 hours.

    There is a place on Lawrenceville highway at Patterson Road that took our old dishwasher.  

     They pick some up i think.  We took ours to them.  I think it was $5 but some stuff is free.
