    Honestly? It sucked even worse. It's like she did a 180 between leaving the NICU and returning home.

    How did yours go?

    Ugh!  I am sorry to hear this.  I was really hoping it was better.  2nd night was okay.  But last night (3rd night) was harder.  The boy has night and day mixed up.  So, he was awake a lot and ready to party.  Then, finally when I told H to get up and feed him he calmed down.

    We are only loosely sticking with the NICU schedule.  He is still eating the volume there, but he isn't on a strict 3hr schedule.  Sometimes he'll eat every 3 hrs and other times he'll eat a little later or sooner.

    Hang in there ladies! When JS was discharged, the first week was tough. It will get better :)

    Good to hear!

    The 3rd night was better. She decided that she liked eating (again)..before she would only eat 10mL every 3 hours, which was contributing to my craziness, and her fussiness because she was hungry.

    Getting her to eat is a crap shoot. Sometimes, it's a breeze (like it was for her 6a feeding this morning), only about 5 min of coaxing, then she downed the full 2oz.But other times (like the 3a this morning), I'm coaxing for 30 minutes, then she'll only eat 1oz. DH is better at it than I am...I'm dreading his going back to work this week.
