Double jogging stroller confusion...

I posted this on the Baby Gear board, but thought you ladies might have some recommendations too.

I love roller blading and currently have the baby trend single jogging stroller and I love it. Now with LO#2 on the way, I want to get a double jogger for next summer. However, while looking at joggers online, I started reading into the descriptions and it says "best use: walking/shopping...." Why on earth would they call it a "Jogging Stroller" if its use is for "walking". A bunch of them even say "not intended for running." The one I am looking at is the "Instep safari double swivel jogging stroller". Anybody have this stroller and use it for jogging? Any recommendations on a double jogger that would work well and is intended for fast paced exercize? I don't want to spend a ton of money on one, but want one that will work! TIA!
