I got an email that said today ONLY you can get a free nursing cover from Uddercovers.com. They are really, really cute and are normally $32 each.

You do pay for shipping/handling which is $9.95, but that is well worth it.

Once you choose the cover you like, you key in promo code "cute2" at checkout. You will see it automatically deduct the $32, and only charge you $9.95.

I called up a friend to see if it would work for her too, and it did. That's how I know it's not only a promotion just for me.

I am trying to pick a color. Should I go with the blue/ivory or the black one because I am having a boy? Or can I get the purple one even though I am having a boy?

I would go with the one that you like the best regardless of the baby's sex. Purple is a favorite color of mine, so that is why I chose that.

I got one of these quite awhile ago as well. I haven't used it yet, but it's a cute print & seems like it will work well. The material was light weight which I liked. They only charged me the shipping & I got it pretty quickly.

It shouldn't take very long. Mine was backordered when I ordered it a couple months ago and it showed up in less than a week.

I got the sling too (from sevenslings) and I tested it out on my friend's kiddo and it worked just fine. Not sure I would wear it all the time or anything but it was comfortable and the baby was well supported so I figure even if I only use it a few times, it was worth the price of shipping.

I sew and make these, but wanted to compare the quality. I think that even though your only paying shipping, they're still on the cheaply made side. The fabric is thin and just not good quality, but if you have nothing better to compare it to, then I guess it'll serve it's purpose...

If I understand correctly, they also own Seven Slings, and each company is always offering promo codes to get their products for just the cost of shipping. I've heard that the slings are kinda crappy, so I wasn't sure about the nursing covers.
04- what do you think of the quality of the opening at the top? Does it feel like it has sturdy wire in it or that vinyl tape stuff? Just curious, because the tape ones don't always hold their shape the best....though for ten bucks it might be okay with me either way. TIA!
ETA: You can generally Google codes for either company and find several to try.

Okay, I just ran upstairs and looked at it. I don't believe it's wire, it seems like something plasticy. It is very sturdy seeming though. I squished it down and it popped right back to how it was. It has about a 3/4 in strip across the top of the plastic stuff sewn in.

Ha! I have the exact same one as in the picture, but I bought it at a yard sale for $5... I guess it was probably free for her, too!
