I'm told to call still if it gets over 101 just because LO had RSV and now has to have breathing treatments almost anytime he is sick so they like to see him even it's a tiny fever just to cover all they're bases.

I take DS to the doctor if he has a very high fever (over 102.5), has a fever that won't go down after giving him medicine, or has other worrying symptoms.
At this age if it's over 103 I'd call right away especially since she's had RSV twice already. Anything under I usually try and wait it out a day and see how she does. My older DD runs random high fevers all the time so I'm probably a little more relaxed when it comes to fevers than most people.

yes, this is what I was going to say.
If there is no history of serious illness, 103+ for longer than 4+ hours that alternating tylenol and motrin will not bring down.
Older than 1, 104+ that alternating tylenol and motrin will not bring down.
This.
