She keeps her fists so tightly balled up that it takes the jaws of life to pry them open! Today, for some reason, I got it in my head that I was going to pry her hands open. . . and, well, just color me embaressed! Embarrassed Her poor little palms probably hadn't felt fresh air (nor, apparently, the cleansing water of a bath) in weeks!

lol!! i wouldn't be too embarassed...little kids are grimy! I remember when I found armpit "cheese" on DS around that age...ha! If only he were that clean now! the kid is a walking boogie factory, snot smeared everywhere!

When DD was really little I noticed that she had 'cheese' under her eyes (she always looks like she's tired, there is a little fold there). I was SOOO grossed out:)

Caroline always had black gunk between her fingers...just from being in the floor so much and keeping her fingers together...

My brother is obsessed with it, and checks her hands everytime he sees her so he can clean it. It has been much much better since we taught her how to wash her hands...

I remember finding dirt underneath their finger nails at that point - I was like where would that even come from?

I always wonder how dirty cave babies must've been. Actually most days I wonder how the human race has managed to survive this long. It seems like these babies are hell bent on killing themselves.

No need to be embarrassed. The pedi noticed Grier's neck cheese at her appt Wednesday. Thankfully, he has 3 small kids and understands! And we call Reese glazed donut face because she always has snot smeared all over her face. Who is mom of the year? This guy! Lol!
