We were in an accident today

We pulled into a gas station and someone who was pulling out backed right into us. the boys never knew what happened, DH was furious and I was all like WTF is going on?!??!?!?! We exchanged info, but left without a police report. We waiting for about an hour and NYPD takes FOR-EV-ER to respond to non-emergency calls. It was too hot to keep the boys out like that. I did call our insurance to discuss the car seat and have something on record about it, if the guy doesn't call his insurance. He was apologetic and an older guy. He was shaking as much as I was shaking.

The damage to DH's car doesn't look like much, but the passenger door won't open and the front quarter is dented. The allignment is out of wack too. I took the brunt of the impact, so I am already starting to stiffen up. I took 2 advil and the plan is to relax for the rest of the day. That was the plan anyway since I have been awake since 4:30am.

Oh, when I pulled oisin out of the car seat, he had shitt himself and it leaked all over the place.
