I like the sized better- they seem to hold more. For the sized I leave the one that is snapped to the diaper out straight and fold the second one in half and put that in the front for added oomph. For the one size I leave the longer one out straight and fold the smaller one in half and put that in the front for oomph PLUS a hemp doubler in the front too. Still I like the absorbency of the sized better.
Thanks! How generous is the sizing? I measured DS and he seems to fall into several sizes. I obviously want room to grow but I don't want it to be huge either.

I only have experience with the large. Nolan is 25 lbs at 19 months and is average height for a 1 1/2 year old although he has a long torso (so longer rise than some kids his age). He just started fitting into the larges and will fit into them for a while. I asked on the SBish FB page and it seemed like a lot of people thought that they run big.
Thanks! I'm leaning towards the mediums. He's still closer to the beginning of the size range than the end, and he's pretty skinny, about 19-20 pounds at 10 1/2 months.

At 26lbs, DD can wear either a medium or a large in the snapped. The mediums can even be snapped all the way closed. But she has a relatively short rise. I know MWoodside's DD outgrew hers even though she was in the weight range. I really wasn't a fan of the snapless.
