My baby got stabbed with needles yesterday

Crying That fits both her and me. I was working so DH took her to get her two month shots. We're one of those crazy sets of parents that are vaccinating their kids. Anyway, she had three bloody bandaids on her legs when I got home from work and she's just been sad and fussy since she got them. DH said she was happy and giggling and stuff and then they stuck her and she just had this shocked look on her face. Then she just screamed. Invest in some tylenol ladies.

Also she's ten and a half pounds now! She was 6lbs 2oz when she was born. She's getting SO chunky. I love it.

    Infant shots are hard and sad...4YO shots are worse. DD at her 4 year well visit screamed "Mommy, why are you letting them do this to me!" That was heart wrenching!!!

    NOOO!!! That's awful! Ugh, that just broke my heart. I'm pretty sure that's when I bribe the kid with McDonalds or Toys r Us. And I wouldn't feel bad about it.

    I HATE that 'what the he11 are they doing to me??' look! So sad.

    We used tylenol for about 24 hours, it made her so much happier, pretty much because she was sleeping.

    I'm terrified of him getting shots. His first set is Tuesday and I've told DH don't expect me to stay in there with him unless he wants me in tears, too!
