late ovulation?

Last cycle was my first IUI with femara and I did not O until CD20.  This cycle the nurse suggested I wait to come in for follicle study until my fertility monitor said high because last cycle I came in way too early.  This morning I got my first high and scheduled appt.  During the ultrasound the Dr asked if there was any chance I had already O'd.  What?!?!  He could only find 1 empty follicle (instead of the normal black dot it was kind of greyish).  

 Obviously we're not going ahead with the IUI this cycle but still going to try on our own.  Still not sure if the femara is messing up my cycle or what.

    Oh no!  That stinks.  Are they trying to trigger you or are they just having you o naturally?

    They were going to trigger me but apparently I got there on my own :(

    Maybe this is good news!  Not for this month, possibly, but if you are responding well to the Femara so that you O on your own, maybe you can skip the trigger and IUI and get lucky with TI!  My fingers are crossed for you no matter what!
