Trying to Get Pregnant

HSG cost?

My HSG is scheduled for Wednesday, but they are still checking to see if my insurance will pay for it. If you had an HSG, did your insurance pay for all or part of it? If not, how much did it cost? I might not do it yet if I have to pay more than like $100 for it.

Re: HSG cost?

  • My insurance paid all of it..  They billed insurance $444 and after network discounts, insurance paid $232.

  • I don't have IF insurance coverage so mine is 600-900 and that is with a no insurance discount. I assume yours will cover most of it though. GL!
  • My insurance covered all of it except for $358.

  • I want to say mine was $1700. I know that sounds high and I can't totally remember, but I was shocked.

  • Mine was about $500 for the hospital bill, and the doctor who did it had a separate bill for around $200. So about $700.

I hadn't met my deductible so I am having to pay for the whole thing OOP
