Ultrasound at 28 weeks showed breech baby but wasn't too worried as I knew he still had plenty of time to flip. Ultrasound today showed he's still breech which makes me a little nervous. After already having one baby vaginally I'd really rather not have to have a csection. Dr. didn't seem concerned, gave me the whole 3% spill, but ultrasound tech said she'd be surprised if he flipped at this point because he already looks pretty cramped in there (I'm petite, 5'1"). I'm wondering if I need to start doing some of the spinningbabies.com excercises - (if you did these and they worked let me know which ones you did) or if I should just sit tight because I still have a ways to go. I will tell you that breech at this point is a lot more uncomfortable for me than a head down baby (DS was head down by this time and stayed that way).
Re: Breech @ 32 w - should I be concerned?
I am doing the spinningbabies.com inversionsto try to flip my baby. I am also planning to go swimming and do a few handstands next week! Honestly, she reacts at least a little every time I do the position, but after just two days, she hasn't actually turned yet.
I agree- breech babies hurt. I don't have a comparision- but this is uncomfortable!
I wonder if my girl will flip, even with spinningbabies stuff- I measure on the small side, with a normal sized baby. I think she may be too cramped.

My good friend was breech at 32 weeks but got her LO to flip using the spinningbabies.com techniques. I had two other friends tell me that they were both scrubbed up & ready for surgery when their LOs flipped on their own.
My LO has been breech since 20 weeks, and there are medical reasons why she doesn't have room to flip which is why I haven't really tried. Since I've always known that a scheduled c/s was a very real possibility, I'm not too fussed about it.
Good luck!
