NSAIFR: What would you pay teenager to let out dogs?

We are thinking of paying our neighbor across the street to come over, let out the dogs, make sure they have food and water for our overnight trip.  It would mean coming over 4 times total...maybe ask her if one of those times could be a quick walk.  She is 15.  What would you offer?

    40/50$ total. That's what we pay the teenager who lives around the corner when we just do overnight trips or when Dh and I were both working long hours.. He would let them out in the am.. Hang out for an hour or so.. Food and water and do The same thing in the evening!

    I agree with Alissa. I think 40-50 would be appropriate.

    We used to pay our neighbour $20 per week to come over and let our dog out to pee when she got home from school...it was literally a 5 minute committment once a day.  If you would like the girl to walk the dogs, feed them, etc. I would say $40 is good.
