Last 48 hours with my belly - eviction date set!

I haven't updated you guys regarding my NST but he didn't do as they wanted him to yesterday as well.  They zapped my baby on the HEAD this time and that was a problem.  The tech tried to reassure me that it didn't hurt the baby but he jumped so hard in my stomach that it startled me.

They sent their findings to the doctor and at my appt. today they said they'd schedule the induction for Saturday.  I have mixed emotions about it.  I haven't had any m/s this entire pregnancy up until this week.  I have vomited and can't even brush my teeth without feeling sick.  I have flu like symptoms and I'm just tired.  I try to never complain so no one knew how I was feeling.  So when they told me today about the induction, I said, that's fine.  SO wants me to try other things, but I walk, have the birthing ball and it just hurts my hips and back so bad it's hard to sleep.

Well, I may not update to much on Saturday depending on how things go.  We're not scheduled until 6pm and already had plans to take the girls to the beach so we'll be pretty busy on Saturday.

Please send T&P's as I've been induced before and it can be pretty painful (forced contractions).

    OMG Pearly!! Sorry that the NST did not go well as you would like. I know having an induction is not ideal, but at this point the doctors are just worried about the safe delivery of your LO. I will be sending you plenty of T&P. Just think in 48 hours you will be holding your LO in your arms. Hang in there Pearly!

    Awww, I am sorry the NST didn't go as well as they wanted.  Is it stress making you so sick right now?  Are you up for the beach?  I'll be thinking of you Saturday, I hope it goes better than you fear, and that you both end up happy and healthy Sunday morning!

    I will be hoping you go on your own rather then be induced.  My thoughts are with you. I've gone myself and been induced so I understand the difference!

    You poor thing :(  Hang in there at least either way, soon you'll be holding your little one happily!
