ER and Fert Report :(

My ER was on 6/23 (yesterday) which was DS's due date.  I thought this was a good sign.  I was very, very wrong.  Keep in mind that I did a mini-IVF much like I did with DS so we weren't expecting 20 eggs.  However, I was still shocked to hear after waking up from sedation that we only had 2 eggs retrieved.  Then more bad news today with the fert report - only 1 fertilized. 

This was our last chance - no more treatment for us.  We are out of money and it looks like my  biological clock is out of time.  I am tired of being disappointed in my body.  I am tired of this emotional roller coaster. I am tired of feeling guilty.  I am just so tired.

    I am so sorry.  Please do not give up hope!! I know it is so hard to do that, but you still have a chance!!  I always think about Magoy who only had one embie and now has her gorgeous Audrey.

    I am so sorry.  I will say a few prayers today that your little one hangs in there.
    TTC since 10/06 - Went to RE after 6 months of TTC due to AMA -Diagnosed with MIF 5/07, only option IVF with ICSI - IVF #1 cancelled due to cyst, never got to ER - IVF #1.5 10/07, BFP - Robert Andrew born 7/30/08 Lilypie Kids Birthday tickers

    ((Hugs)) That stinks : (  I know it is hard but try to stay hopeful I personally know of 2 people who only had one embryo to transfer and they now both have beautiful sons.

    Don't give up hope!  I only had one C grade embryo to transfer on my first IVF and my beautiful baby boy is that miracle.  You're in my prayers - I know it feels like it's already a failure, but try to keep your spirit up.

    Hang in there... It's not over yet! I am saying a prayer that you will get your miracle!
    After 2 years TTC with mild endo and an elevated FSH. We were successful with our second IUI after Lap surgery. Our daughter born 12/2009. Currently trying for #2. IUI#1-miscarriage, IUI #2-BFN, IUI #3- BFP Pregnancy Ticker

    I am very sorry! I know how disappointing that can be!  There is still hope though.  I wll keep my fingers crossed and sending you lots of good vibes for this one little embie!

    I forgot to tell you, that in fact I woman in my  If group support group locally had an ER, one egg retreived, it fetilized and she got PG!

    Yep! There is ALWAYS hope! We retrieved 22 but only one fertilized. I completely understand what you are feeling. But don't give up on your little rock star! I'll be thinking good thoughts. ((hugs))
