teenage baby-sitter costs

How much do you pay a teenage baby-sitter?  We are having a friend's daughter watch DD (18 months) for 2 1/2 hours once a week. 

I know we usually pay the adult/college students fairly well, but just don't want to take advantage or over pay her.  She's 16, but we will be picking her up/dropping her off.

    Haven't had her baby sit yet, but my co-worker's 16-year old SIL said she'd charge me $7 an hour.  I usually pay our college-age sitter about $10 hour (plus a tip)

    My friends all seem to pay their teenage babysitters $10 an hour to care for 1 child.  I think the babysitters are both 15.
