    I just made a small plate of it for myself (I improvised on the quantities to make it to my liking). I'm sure it would also be good with pita!

    Looks good - that's my next book club plate to bring!

    My favorite Greek seasoning of all time is Penzey's - you can order online if you don't have one near you.  Fantastic.
