My son is 7 months old, and I'm in my 20's, but I still have a 'pooch'. Yet, I see mothers in their late 30s with amazing bodies post-partum.
I obviously wish I had the no-pooch gene.
I am stuck with this 9 pound pooch sitting on my tummy, I walk, I clean, I eat good things, should I start biking? I am so desperate! I've recently started biking a few miles each morning. Please someone tell me they have had a pooch and gotten rid of it? How did you do it?
Or do you have that pooch and am trying something new as well?

I'm 29 and 8 weeks pp and I have a pooch. I used to have a very firm stomach.....I have no idea how this will end up but I'm going to do my best to get as close to where I was as possible with what limited time I have these days.
What previously worked and resulted in a firm stomach for me (and it took months of this but it worked) was full-body heavy lifting, running, swimming, and cycling. Basically I just exercised a lot because I enjoyed it and ate well-balanced, healthy foods. My muscles got stronger and the fat melted off the muscles, which made me look lean and fit.
I think nutrient timing helped some, too. Making sure you eat the appropriate combination of protein and carbs after workouts helps maximize the effects of your workouts.
I've never done this before, though (recovered from having a baby), so that's all just a guess at this point.
I do, but it's just excess body fat. My skin has bounced back. I know the only way to kick it is to eat really clean and work out hard but I don't have the willpower yet.
Build some muscle, lose some fat and it will get smaller!
