Get a manicure: Never. I've had 1 in the last year and that's only b/c it was part of my spa day that DH got me for Mother's Day last year
Get a pedicure: 4 or 5 times a year
Color your hair: About every 8-10 weeks. I do it myself at home.
Get a haircut: Every 4 months or so.
Get a massage: Once a year-ish
Get a facial: Not often...only when I have a gift cert.
Shower: Every night
Wash your hair: Every night
Wear make-up: A few times a week when I feel like taking the time to do it, mostly for work or if we're going out to dinner or something
Get a manicure: Almost never because my fingers don't hold polish. I have tried the UV gel nail polish. I'll do that for a special occasion if I have time.
Get a pedicure: Couple times a summer
Color your hair: Every 6-7 weeks. I don't want to own up to my grays just yet
Get a haircut: Get it with my color job
Get a massage: Don't even remember the last time I had one.
Get a facial: Never had one
Shower: Just about everyday. May skip a day on weekends if I'm just doing stuff around the house and not going anywhere.
Wash your hair: Every time I shower.
Wear make-up: Whenever I have to, which thankfully won't be as often once I finish work for the school year! If I'm just running errands, like grocery shopping or whatever, I won't usually wear it, but if I'm more into wanting to look presentable, I will.

Get a manicure: rarely, but I am in August for sister's wedding
Get a pedicure: rarely- last one was when I was 9 month pg with dd. But again, I am getting one in Aug for sister's wedding
Color your hair: never
Get a haircut: I should go every 3-4 months or so. But my last one was in Jan (and before that was August). I still don't have an appt, but I should really make one in the next month or so.
Get a massage: Hmmm, last one was while pg with dd.
Get a facial: Never had one
Shower: about daily, some days I skip, some days I take 2.
Wash your hair: every time I shower
Wear make-up: I don't usually wear much - just eyes usually. But not too often, usually not for work bc I have a million other things I would rather do before going in. But on my days off I will.
