I just emailed DH asking if he recognized a number that showed up as a missed call on my cell.

Then I realized the number is my own, calling my cell from work to check my voicemail.

Oh boy....being sick for the better part of the last month has eaten my brain alive. At least that's my excuse. Embarrassed

I'm good at coming up with reasons for moments like that (I have my fair share, let me tell you).

Leftover pregnancy brain.

Postpartum hormones.

Sleep deprivation.

Not enough exercise.

Too much exercise.

I'm ovulating.

I'm dehydrated.

I haven't done yoga lately.

Jupiter's second moon is aligned with Mars.

Cher is on tour again.

Feel free to borrow any of those...
