I use the pink one from Walgreens and I like it. After 3 months, it started giving 'favorite temps' so I bought a new one. Its' about $10 and has a memory so you can chart your temps at a later time if you want.
I bought mine at Target, it's white with a pink top (I have no idea what brand it is). It was the one I used when TTC #1 (which took 8 cycles) and just started using it again.

I got mine for CVS. I think it's the CVS brand and it's purple. It's the only one I've used and I like it. I test at 5 am but don't read it until later (after finally getting out of bed, washing my face, contacts in, teeth brushed...) so I like that I can just hold down the button and get the temp when I'm ready to put it in my chart. I don't remember how much it was but I do remember that it was pretty inexpensive.
I also recommend, if you haven't already, to read Taking Charge of Your Fertility. All the temping and charting made a lot more sense to me after reading it. If you haven't signed up for Fertility Friend yet, I recommend that as well - you can get there by click on anyone's ticker in their signiture!

I've been using this one too but it's recording favorite temps for me and I've only used it for about a month and a half. I think I'm going to switch to the Mabis (Wal Mart) one or the one from Amazon that a PP shared.
Though I went looking for the Wal Mart one on their website and I can't find it...

Mabis from Wally world. (Wal-mart). I have had THREE BBTs, while charting, and this is by far my favorite.
I agree with siple. I started with the CVS one, and it sucked. The WalMart one is much better. It was $8.

BD (my favorite). Pro's: Lights up, memory feature, has given me clear charts. Con's: takes about a minute. Mixed feelings about the fact that it continuously beeps. It let's you know that you are keeping in the right place, and it keeps me awake for the temperature reading, but it could be annoying to your DH.
Walgreens: only used for a short time. Pro's: quick reading. Con's: When you use the memory feature it only gives you a quick flash and then it is gone (or maybe I just didn't figure it out). Also REALLY missed having a light. There are certain times of the month when you are really anxious to know whether you've had a temp spike or a temp drop, and it is annoying to have to wait until you are up to find out.
CVS: used to use it years ago and maybe it had more to do with my body than anything, but I feel like I get more reliable temps from my current BD.

This is the one I use, also. It is the PIP one from amazon. MH doesn't even notice the beeping. I think it was around $10.
Re: Which thermometer should I buy?
I have this one and I love it. It lights up!
