I want to replace all our plastic tupperware after recent articles I have read but don't know what kind/brand to get. Can anyone share what they got? I was thinking glass rubbermaid but am not sure how much space they take up.
Thanks!

We got rid of all of our plastic tupperware and only have glass now. I don't know the brand, we get them from our grocery store. They are glass and have a green rubber lid with a small plastic window on top. I love them and they come is a variety of sizes. They are a little heavier and take more care to put away but it's worth it to me since I try to stay away from anything plastic that I can.
We just switched to snapware glasslock containers and they are wonderful. I'm not comfortable microwaving plastic containers, even if they are BPA free, so the glass ones have been super nice. They are obviously thicker and heavier, but not too bad.
I have all pyrex-- though when my parents send food home with us, it ends up being in cheap tupperware. I need to start saving some glass containers from pesto and that sort of thing for babyfood.

We would like to switch over to glass, but currently have the plastic snapware and have been really happy with it. We'll probably stay with this brand once we upgrade to glass.
I just did a total overhaul of our plastic containers. I bought two sets of glass Pyrex and two sets of BPA-free by Rubbermaid. Those sets are great. I would not use them to reheat too often, especially if they begin to warp, but I haven't used them yet, so I don't know. They have excellent reviews though.
I bought all of these things on Amazon for under $80. I have almost 80 pieces, which I think is great for now. When LO comes, I'll get small glass containers for baby food.

I have some plastic but mostly I save jars and reuse them. I like salsa jars the best because they have a wide mouth. I also have some pyrex but it doesn't work real well in our side by side fridge.

This. We also have some Pyrex, though I prefer the Snapware.
I'll probably be getting the super small canning jars once I start making baby food.
We use glasslock snapware containers that we got from Costco. LOVE LOVE LOVE them. They are airtight, don't warp, don't leak, glass is very sturdy and doesn't break even if you drop them and easy to clean. And they are BPA-free, although I never even thought about that until I read this thread!
