Thank you again to you, and everyone else who sent sweet messages.
I'm a little late getting to the story, but i want to say, Thank you Mamabird for your post. I don't think you were trying to brag or offend anyone, but lift the spirits of all the mom's on here. I am a size 14 pp and i did not think your size 0 comment was offensive. Nor did i feel like you were battering me because i am self conscious about my weight. Thank you for the reminder that if i am complaining about my weight now, it just might carry over to when my daughters are older and start feeling their bodies are not adequate.
To all the women who posted snarky or rude remarks, you should really think about the message this mama was trying to tell all of us and not focus on her size pp or pre-pregnancy. And yes, just because she is a first time mom DOES give her the right to give advice. She is living motherhood just as much as mothers with 2+ children are.
I guess the point I wanted to make was to love and respect the views of all the mothers on this board. We are all here for advice and enlightenment from each other and i am so thankful for all of you! Have a happy Thursday! And thank you for your words Mamabird, as always!
