I just saw this and realized that I do not think I have worked out at all in almost a week. So, I took my break at work and went for a 20 minute walk. Not much, but at least it is a (another) start.

my "workout" today is SAHMing. Wow... way different with 2 kids. Great for my diet as all I've eaten today (4pm now) is half a turkey sandwich and 2 cups of coffee.... ha!

Going good, even though I can see a difference on the scale I can't see on on my clothes. This is kinda discouraging but I know I just need to keep working at it!
