I switched to whole wheat breads and tortillas and drinking no soda. (THIS IS HARD!!)If you aren't cleared to work out, have you started anything to lose weight despite restrictions? I can only do small activities. I went swimming with DH on Monday and it was great. Every night we try to take a walk with Em before bed time so she settles down. 3 weeks until I can work out!
Exercises this week? walking and some arm exercises with my 10lb weights lol
Diet this week? I haven't really changed my diet at all. I have no appetite so I am struggling to make myself eat. Lots of small snacks throughout the day

Exercises this week? - I did a pilates DVD for the first time today since I found out I was pregnant. It's only a 20 minute floor routine.
Diet this week?- What diet?! I think the healthiest thing I've eaten this week was my salad for lunch today that was followed by an ice cream sandwich.
If you aren't cleared to work out, have you started anything to lose weight despite restrictions? - I haven't been cleared to work out yet but I do things like eat sugar snap peas or an apple for a snack and I buy a lot of my foods low fat or fat free if there is that option.

Diet this week? We went out to eat for Father's Day so that derailed me a little. But minus Sunday diet this week has been good. Watching my portions and not drinking my calories.

Exercises this week? - Errmm....well we did go for a walk for about 30 minutes the other day :- Most of my exercising is picking C up and walking him around, my arms are in TERRIBLE shape!!
Diet this week?- I'm trying to not eat as much junk food. Mostly water, fruits, veggies and chicken and lean meats

11/2013- Diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis 07/2014- emergency surgery to remove hemorrhaging cyst first RE missed, removed endo from fallopian tubes, hsg done, d&c performed to remove polyphs in uterus, femvue done, put on dexamethasone and metformin 08/2014- miscarriage, second RE refuses to mark down in charts, switch again 03/2016- IUI #1, waiting for results on April 17

Diet this week? Normal food, although I've had to increase my fiber intake but that is not because I need to lose weight.

Diet this week- Haha diet? Im currently eating a Klondike Choco Taco! Good thing I have a demanding baby who doesnt give me much time to eat or Id never get this weight off! Although I have cut out all soda and am drinking about a gallon of water a day!

My goal is 135-140 lbs. This leaves me a healthy BMI being I'm tall.
I've been watching my calorie intake (1500-1800 a day) and doing 30 Day Shred. I started level 2 today.... Makes me miss level 1!! But I have been noticing a difference in my measurements!

Started at 160 lbs (was 180 when I delivered!)
Now at 158 lbs (lost two lbs this week!)
