A few tips I received when I joined was picking up a copy of Take Control Of Your Fertility and joining Fertility Friend (It's a website that helps keep track of your cycles and also has a wealth of info). Oh and also lurk, a lot of times questions have been asked before, so if you go back a few pages, you may find your questions.
